I personally has a profound experience going through the entire Yoga Teachers training course. However, Yoga Philosophy by Guru Ji was an eye opener of how one should prepare himself to head to the ultimate goal of yoga to attain samadhi. I believe my words wouldn’t justify how thank full I am to guru ji for showering us with his knowledge about yoga, vedas and the process itself in detail.
